Partition invalid?????

Can anyone help please

I have windows 7 installed into the only hard drive I have which is a 2tb, when I turn on my computer it won't load to windows instead I get a message: reboot and select proper boot device

In system repair it says root cause found: boot sector code for system partition is corrupt.....

please I have been sitting pulling out my hair
I have a lot of things I need to keep from this hard drive I don't want to lose anything and I need access to it

Now I get a message saying:

A disc read error occured
Press ctrl+alt+del to restart

First, check the physical connections to the HDD inside the computer. Make sure the cables are plugged in correctly. You could also try plugging in a different power connector, plugging the SATA cable into a different SATA port, or using a different SATA cable.

Then, Boot and go into the BIOS. Does the HDD show up there?
Have you made any changes to the BIOS before this occurred?

Then, if still stuck, and if you have a W7 installation DVD, or a W7 Repair Disk, Boot with it in the optical drive and use the Startup Repair option to see if you can repair the MBR. You may need to run the Startup Repair 3 times.

Do you have another computer available that you could use to test the HDD to see if you can get your important files off of it?
