I have a large partition on my one hard drive that is NTFS. A smaller partition is FAT32. Before I install Windows 7, I am going to format the smaller one and remove the partition. This question just came to me. What if I removed the partition before formating? I would have one drive with two types of formatting. Would the system not let me do that or would it just let me do it and screw things up real bad? Just curious?
