Partition recovery failed

After several failed attempts to do a restore I opted for a partition recovery.
This failed as well,I think it said something about corrupt files,I'm not sure though

All I have now is a cycle of Windows Error recovery(windows failed to start)
Starting windows,a bsod and back to the windows Error recovery

Windows will not start in any mode.
I don't have a backup disc
What are my options here?Could this of been caused by a hardware problem?

The bsod only stays there for a few seconds,is there a way to stop it and read the errors?

Click on rb: control panel >system and security >system > advanced system settings >startup and recovery settings >untick 'auto restart' box

I am using my old computer now as the one with the problem
has no start up,windows will not start in any mode

All I can get is advanced boot other than the "bosd and windows failed to start" never ending cycle
Will try and run boot logging and see what happens?

Can you run Startup Repair ? Run it at least 3 times

I don't get that option in advanced boot,what about Directory services restore mode?
