Passed the A+ certification

Just got home from 220-902. Passed 902 today, passed 901 yesterday. Wasn't able to take both tests on the same day

The performance based questions for 902 had me stumped. Never saw them in the study guides I have. I'm going to look at the guides again.

One had to do with creating a task with a .bat file and there were other files on the "desktop", that I think you had to use. I just went into task scheduler created a task and clicked next. I know I got that one wrong.

It would be nice if they tell you what ones you got wrong.

Looked through my study materials. Didn't see anything about the question that I had. Maybe it was one of the questions they give you but don't count towards your score?

What they were asking you to do is schedule two tasks. One to run on Wednesday at 10 AM and the other at Friday at 12 (or something like that). They were both "reports" and there were 5 files on the desktop, one was a .bat file, one was a folder that said "reports", maybe this is where the reports were supposed to be saved to?

Trying to answer the question was taking too long so I scheduled a task for Wednesday at 10 and left everything blank just so I can click next and continue to the next question. Yes I could've skipped the question but at the end, if you didn't do one it would say incomplete and you had to answer the question to get your score.

I never had to make a batch file or schedule a task.

I do have a computer that I'll be using to mess around with so I can learn stuff I don't know. I'll need to create a system image first incase I break something.

Glad you passed, yeah the bank of questions is so big that it seems most guides can't cover all of them. When I took it last it was asking stuff about older machines that were correct with two answers depending one when ever the test was made so that was annoying.
