My brother passed away recently, and now we are attempting to locate/obtain necessary information on his PC needed to take care of his debts, insurance, and a few other issues that have to be resolved. However we do not know the password for the computer and have not located the password reset disc that it says is needed to do that. We do not think he made one. Is there any was to access windows to obtain the needed information?? Also, I was told that I have to re-install windows 7 to proceed, but how can I do that if I cannot even get into the system ???? Any information will be greatly appreciated.
