Just so others can know, I just created a "repair disk" in 64-bit Windows 7 on a CD and I used that to do a "Password Reset" on my 64-bit Vista and 64-bit Windows 7 successfully.
I just added this below to the tutorial.
Information
If you don't have a proper Windows Installation disk, have a look at the link below to create a repair disk that can be used to re-set your user account password in Windows 7 and Vista.

Sure, the repair disc and installation disc are identical except for the fact that the installation disc has the actually setup files on it.
