passwords, e-mail address, using a sequence on keys

Hi, is it possible to have say a 3 key sequence that will write out your password or e-mail.
saving the need to type, my pass word are pretty long and can become a right pain if you need to type them out a few times.
Ok it's petty, but is it possible ?

This should help you combine your passwords together or atleast store them so you won't have to keep logging in

Only works for internet browsers btw

You could use a macro recorder for what you are attempting, but, depending on your computer skills, the learning curve may not be worth it.

Just a reminder. Storing passwords in any fashion on a computer leaves them susceptible to infections.
