Patch Tuesday 5/12/2015 bug or Microsoft Hiding something?

KB976932 shows up after installing the following updates.

To get that KB976932 update to show up. You to need re-run the windows updates after you install those updates, that how I find out about this mysterious update. I do know that KB976932 is the windows 7 service pack 1 but the update size I got was only 9 mb. I hid the update for now. I already have service pack 1 installed.

I have done a clean install of Windows 7 using Dell re-installation disk (Dell sent me one). I also use Free Macrium reflect backup and restore.
The update you're getting is fairly common - it's most likely a minor patch to prevent problems further down the line, and WU appears to have picked up that it's not yet been installed.
It shouldn't do any harm to install it.
