Pauses

While I am working ,there are pauses .. the windows stop for a while and then continue.
As if the windows is heavy or is over-loaded. To write this I spent about 15 minutes.

an application or system service is hanging more than likely.
bring up the task manager with cntrl alt del
click the processes tab, and find which application is eating up all the cpu time.

How I could Know that bad program ?

It would be the one eating all the cpu up. (system idle process doesn't count)
CPU should be the third column in the processes tab.

OK .. the windows now is fine so I do not fine eating ones in CPU .. But If the windows turned bad .. and I figured out the eating program .. What I do ?? Do I close it or remove it or what ?

Come back here again with the info on which .exe / dll is eating it all up and we can go from there.
If it's not a vital system item, yeah we'll probably just recommend removal.

audiodg.exe varies between 6 and 11 or 10

Yeah that shouldn't be nearly enough to be choking your entire system.

Let's try booting safe mode and running this.(use the boot with networking option)

While in safe mode just for good measure install this let it update, and run a full scan.

Reboot and see if it returns to normal.
If the problem persist in safe mode as well , that would be information I need to know.

Two thoughts come to mind:

First, a similar occurrence happened to me when my antivirus somehow started to do tons of system scans after almost every move I made. (It was maddening!) You might check your antivirus settings to make sure you have scans programmed only when you need them. If that doesn't help, uninstalling + reinstalling the antivirus (or even changing to another antivirus app) might fix the problem.

@Imperfect1 I uninstalled AVG antivirus program and it's better but still not as I used to.

from the screen I see there you only ran the verify command.
You should run the scannow command to actually fix the problems, verify is supposed to be done after you scannow and reboot.
To make sure everything was fixed.
Sorry I wasn't more clear on that.

Actually if you reboot normal mode and check I'm thinking you may find your problem solved here...

I do not understand you .. I restarted by the normal way .. from the startup

and then verified and the result was that the windows did not find any integrity violations.

What I have to do now??
