PC BSOD's frequently when playing FSX, but also during restarts

Hi, can anybody suggest my best course of action in trouble shooting my BSOD's. Windows is running on SSD, and most software including FSX launches form internal HDD.
Strangely the BSOD's do not seem to occur if I do a hard reset of my PC and then play FSX. I was having the odd BSOD issue 6 months ago and re-installed windows. This seemed to solve the problem for a while but now becoming more frequent than ever. I have included my minidump files. Done memtest and checked my hard drives for errors with no errors detected. I have an asus gtx560 graphics cards and nvidia drivers all up to date.

Thanks

Update:
I have now given my pc a good clean out any of any dust, applied new thermal paste and re-seated my graphics card and memory. I am leaving my pc open and hoping this may be a cooling issue.
I have my old memory and old graphics card stored away, so if the cooling is not the issue I will change out this hardware progressively and see if I can drill down the cause.
Will keep you posted.

Update:

Still had BSOD crash after cleaning out and keeping case open. Decided to change out memory to older memory 6x1 gig sticks that I had at home. Did not BSOD this time, however did freeze and lock up in FSX after approx 7 minutes. I have now removed my asus gtx 560 graphics card and gone back to my previous card ati radeon hd4550/4350.

Will update on progress.

Ok
Seem to be getting somewhere. I have been able to jump on fsx and not suffer a BSOD or crash. I will monitor this set up now for a while and see if it is more than just luck.
My only issue now is that I have had to downgrade my specs substantially to get this result. Not my preferred option.
If this set up remains stable, I might add my newer RAM taking it back up to 12 gig.
Correct me if I am wrong but with the faultfinding so far it would appear that my gtx560 appears to be the culprit here?
Why would this be so. All drivers were up to date so maybe faulty hardware, being the card? or insufficient cooling in my tower? or is my PSU not up to it (Antec Model EA-500D 500W).
Your advice is valued, I dont mind buying a new PSU but will feel a bit stupid if I replace this and then get BSODS again. I think my gtx 560 is still in warranty.
Thanks so far

I have said that you are in the correct direction ... and you are desiring the correct things.

You ate right here that a faulty graphics card, inadequate cooling or power supply, any of those can make it crash.

For PSU, you may take the test: http://www.sevenforums.com/vip/257690-psu-how-test.html

But, I am sure that you will find the root cause very shortly, out of these three.

HI again.
Just had another BSOD crash. Minidump files attached for previous crashes this morning and also the last one.
So far my only stable set up has been with my older memory sticks and graphics card.
I took out my old memory and changed my memory back to my newer memory 3 stick by 4gig (12gig).
After around 30mins in fsx I had the most recent BSOD.
Does this latest dump file point to a new direction I should take. Do you recommend changing the memory back again?
Any advice appreciated.

David, unfortunately it is not pointing out to anything new. :sarc:

Better you try to stay with your stable setup.

Hi again
Well, just had another BSOD, nearly an hour on fsx this time. Starting to think that it could be time to just chuck out this PC and buy a new set up.
I have included my last mindump file, but not hopeful of it revealing anything new.
Thanks for all your help to date.
