PC crash and reload (again)

Hello again

I did has a previously tread on the forum for a crash, but since did problem seem to have occurred in a different situation, I tough that it was appropriate to start a new one. If not, administrator, please let me know and I will correct

My PC crashed last night and reload. I did look in the event viewer and see some errors on my SSD disk.
It did pass the Corsair tool box diagnostic "Smart"

The debugging file is attach

Has usual, any help truly appreciated

PC did failed while I was working

Window pane closed and re-open on a different screen monitor

Did a new dm_Collector.exe

Any help appreciated

Did look in the Event

Critical error with Kernel-Power 41(63) Time of the error seem to correspond to time of the crash

Did look on Google. It seem to be a general error that may be linked to
- Power supply
- Over heating
- memory
- video card
- driver

Any idea what I can do to eliminate some of the possibility?

Question:
Could the GPU temperature cause a PC reload?

I'm testing my GPU with FurMark

Two grapic card installed
#1 GEForce GT630 Temp: 43' C
#2 GEForce GTX550 Ti: Temp: 95'C

#" is a lot hotter than #1. Could it be normal or could it be a source of problem????

Make it sure that your SSD is running with the latest firmware.

Post screenshots of all your discs using CrystalDiskInfo - Software - Crystal Dew World

Also open the computer. Make it sure that the SATA and power cables are properly fixed. Re-seat those. Apply them to different ports on the motherboard. Also, if possible, try new SATA cables.

Let us know the results.

Hello Arc

I did test for the latest firmware, I had the latest one

Did a test with the video card. One of them was heating a lot more than the other. 46'c and the other was 92'c
Did spray air to remove dust. Will see if it help

Will re-seat the cable

Snap picture for the 2 drive using CrystalDidk Info
Snap was taken immediately after power on. System was power off for at least 3 hours.. Usually, always on 24/24 X 7 days.

Is there a special test to do for the hard and ssd drive?

As you have the latest firmware and the SMART data looks good (though 77% is not the best count), I would suggest you to wait and see how it goes after re-seating the cables.

I after a burning test, video card temperature dropped by at least 10' from 99 to 89'c after I did blow air in the fan

Will see if it help. The last live problem that I had look like to have been caused by the video card. My screens (4) went all mixed by having windows pane changing from one screen to another and having the resolution changed.

I will continue to monitor and report any change on this tread

Hi Martin.

The attached zip does not contain any crash dump. Did it crash again?

If it was a restart (not a BSOD), then that may be due to various reasons including voltage fluctuation.

Hello again and thank you for your help

I was absent, so I did not see what happened. When I came back, PC was trying to reload.. I had to power down and restart. Since, working fine

Is there a procedure to get a crash dump?
Is there a way to monitor voltage

I have install Speedfan to monitor the temperature

Hi Martin. As the previous crash dumps were recorded, any future crash dump will also be recorded. Dont worry.

But unfortunately I dont know fo anything for voltages other than a surge protector.

Yesterday I had a blue screen, but this morning not, so that is why I posted in my initial post. I think I got a problem that is manifested with different symptoms

How do I move a post?
