pc crashed while playing a game had to reboot no pins and background image anymore and explorer seems to be messed up if i right click and select new its empty where new folder should be

Plus your description is rather sketchy so was it a blue screen or a crash with a blank screen or simply powering itself off? You have to be more specific my friend before we can even hazard a guess at what is wrong and why you have been waiting for an answer for some time.

But just for starters I suggest you run these at very least in safe mode (power up and tap F8)
