Start by removing McAfee, a well-known cause of BSODs.
Code:
 mfeapfk.sys Fri Aug 06 18:33:56 2010 (4C5C8DD4)
mfeavfk.sys Fri Aug 06 18:34:19 2010 (4C5C8DEB)
mfefirek.sys Fri Aug 06 18:37:18 2010 (4C5C8E9E)
mfehidk.sys Fri Aug 06 18:33:19 2010 (4C5C8DAF)
mfenlfk.sys Fri Aug 06 18:33:43 2010 (4C5C8DC7)
mfewfpk.sys Fri Aug 06 18:33:33 2010 (4C5C8DBD)

Install these Realtek network drivers: Realtek

I suspect this driver may be involved somehow:
Code:
CtClsFlt.sys Mon Jun 15 01:06:41 2009 (4A35D6E1)
A Google search reveals it may be a webcam driver.

If you can update that, please do so.

Please follow our official BSOD sticky: http://www.sevenforums.com/crashes-debugging/96879-blue-screen-death-bsod-posting-instructions.html

Upload that report to your next post, assuming removing McAfee and updating the Realtek drivers doesn't work.
