Hi Chimera475, welcome to 7F! :)

I notice you list Windows 8 as your OS.

Have you removed 7 completely or is this a dual-boot?

Did this problem exist when 7 was the main OS?

What procedures did you follow to upgrade to 8?
Upgrade Install from Windows 7 or Vista to Windows 8 - Windows 8 Forums
Windows 8 is designed to run on machines that run 7, but there may be conflicts that I am not aware of.

A clue to what may be wrong is at the end of your second post; Event ID 7026 — Basic Service Control Manager Operations.

The first thing you need to do is to update your drivers. Starting with the Toshiba Service Station. This utility is designed to ensure your drivers are up to date. But, depending on how your OS is configured the drivers may not take kindly to updating when they see 8 as an OS.

You might end up having to revert back to the original OS to regain your machine's stability, and then being really careful upgrade back to 8. Upgrade Install from Windows 7 or Vista to Windows 8 - Windows 8 Forums

We need as much information as you can provide, but I am not sure if any of the tools here on 7F will work with 8 as your OS.
