pc freezes randomly with following error code:

Last night my pc froze unexpectedly while I was surfing over internet.It's a hard freeze no HDD activity and no possible way to reboot it except to turn it off and turn on again.Few minutes ago it happened again when I ran mtorrent.I went to event viewer---windows logs--apllication and here is what I got:

Event filter with query "SELECT * FROM __InstanceModificationEvent WITHIN 60 WHERE TargetInstance ISA "Win32_Processor" AND TargetInstance.LoadPercentage > 99" could not be reactivated in namespace "//./root/CIMV2" because of error 0x80041003. Events cannot be delivered through this filter until the problem is corrected.

any help about what is causing it?I changed my pc cooler yesterday but I didn't have these problems before I changed it.Temperatures are OK for this cpu and mb too.Tested GPU, CPU with prime95 all was fine.
