PC freezes

I have a weird problem, very often does my computer freezes. I see no bleu screen. but when I restart my computer (only option) then I see that it is restored because it unexpectedly quits. (obviously because I have done it at that time)
The problem occurs randomly, on one day never, the other day five times. sometimes even at the login screen, often while playing a game.

Please help me, sorry for my poor english .

Download and install nirosoft blue screen viewer. It's a nice little app that will give you some idea as to what the BSOD is...it's a good starting point for the novice.
