PC freezing and BSOD

Hello, I have had this Novatech Laptop since July and it's been working fine for months. Recently it has begun freezing and giving me the BSOD with no apparent cause.
The BSOD I receive is titled 'Driver IRQL Not less than or Equal'

System specs:
OS: Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit
Processor:Intel core i7-2640M CPU @2.80 GHz
RAM:8GB

I have tried to follow the posting instructions but if I need to add further information let me know, I would greatly appreciate any help. Thanks in advance

Had a look at the driver its self and it seems rather old:

Both drivers have been updated and *hopefully* that's the issue resolved. Strange that the wireless adapter driver should be out of date as I had recently updated that very driver, that may have been the cause. Thank you very much Dsprague, you are a white knight of the interwebz!

It was working fine last night, I thought I'd leave it a while before I closed the thread, but it looks like the blue screen is back. 'athrx.sys' is still causing the error but I'm not sure what to do, considering I have already installed the latest drivers. I've included the new dump files in case they shed any more light on the issue.
