*Video playing perfomance is also too bad as it will slow and increse cpu usage to 90% while playing720p and above videos and also while streaming online videos expecially youtube.
*The windows experience index is also low as i attached the image below.
*in video adapter information there is showing 'n/a' in dedicated video memory but total available video memory is shown as 256MB,i also attached this image also below.
*Browsing is also too slow.which will hang and buggy while loading high content page like facebook feeds using firefox 26.
*Did i want to change my antivirus currently used is mcafee internet security ..
The board is only old while the hardwares like RAM,hdd are new ones replaced. You can see my specs in my profile page. if anything more want them please reply here and i will post it.

Yes you want windows updates enabled.

You might have to many programs at startup which is already suggested.

You might want to look into either a better graphics card, or a solid state drive.

Or: A new PC

The only thing (hardware wise) that appears to be holding your pc back is the graphics card. You should upgrade that. As suggested above, a solid state drive would help to. They can make a significant difference on load times of Windows and your applications. 1.5gb of ram is a bit small for windows 7 (unless your installation is very optimized) If you have programs like McAfee, your system is going to be slower. I would recommend you switch to Microsoft Security Essentials: Download Microsoft Security Essentials from Official Microsoft Download Center
Also, you should do a full scan with Microsoft Security Essentials, as well as Malwarebytes Anti-Malware: https://www.malwarebytes.org/
Note: The free version of Malwarebytes does NOT actively protect your system. It is just a scanner and removal tool. Also, be sure to run it as administrator so it will update the virus definitions. (Do this every time you start Malwarebytes)
