PC keeps Crashing( Please Help )

I am using windows 7 32 bit and every time I run the windows experience Index I get the blue screen and then my PC just shuts down, I think I have a graphics card problem( On board graphics card ) but I am unsure, I think this Is the memory dump I have attached, Please help!!

Probably caused by : win32k.sys ( win32k!GreStretchBltInternal+58

Thanks for your reply, I have ran both things you have mentioned as this has been happening for over a week and the ram and the other test all comes back fine.

Remove any Avira Anivirus and use MSE
Also run a scan of Malwarebytes

OK just un-installed avira and went to to an experience index test again and the pc froze at running direct 3D aero assessment!

Just ran windows memory diagnostics and the PC froze during that, Just tried running memtest again and the PC froze during that aswell.

Try to reset all options in your BIOS to defaults

Yep done that already earlier today but has not helped anything.

The problem seems to be RAM related, are you overclocking?

Sorry but I don't even know what over clocking Is, I have taken out one of my ram sticks so I am running windows 7 on just 1GB of ram for now to see If It plays up and If It does I will take this ram out and try with just the other 1GB stick and report back later In time. If that still doesn't work update your GPU drivers
NVIDIA DRIVERS 260.99 WHQL

Thanks for that, Well I have tried to replicate the complete freeze up again by running the windows experience index test. It has ran twice now, Albeit rather slowly but no crashing or lock ups.
