PC partitioned with 2 Wndows 7, Can it be returned to one OS?

Hello, I wonder if anyone can help me please.....I have a PC which has 2 windows 7 installed through a partition, Is it possible to return it back to one operating system again as it's very slow?

The second windows was added by a family member for another user but it's not needed any more.

I have no idea how to do this, I've googled around for help with this but can't find what I need.

Any advice would be very welcome.
