Hey guys. Here's my problem. When I play games, or watch a video etc., for 10-15 min everything is great, then suddenly my PC slows down, the screen is like stuttering. When I move an opened window on my desktop it's not smoothly like it's used to be. I've tried things like driver reinstall, disk defragement and cleanup, lover my resolution and high up the refreshrate. But it ain't helped. I don't know what to do. So every idea or advice will be helpful. THANKS!

Operating system: Windows 7 Ultimate 32bit
CPU: Pentium Dual-Core E5300
Graphics: Nvidia GeForce 9400 GT
RAM: 2GB

PS: Earlier I could play games like Doom3, Fifa 12, PES 2011, GTA San Andreas. But now I play for 10- 15 min and then this problem shows up. HELP!

Work through the Troubleshooting Steps for Windows 7.

Make sure you have a perfect install like the one compiled in Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7. If you used much different methods like forcing drivers on a driver-complete OS, or using tools and optimizers much different from the one's recommended, it may pay off to invest in a perfect reinstall and stick with only the recommended steps, tools and methods to see the difference.

When was the last time you opened your case up and did a complete clean of all fans, coolers and such with compressed air? It sounds strangely like a heat build up.

I'll do that. I really don't know if it's a software or hardware related problem. But when I play/watch a game/video after about 15 min my PC starts to make much bigger noice and then it like slows down.

Yep that noise is the fans powering up to cool and being blocked for all the dust and dirt build up.....in my humble best guess opinion. Always start with physical items first, connections and heat related/cleaning issues then go from there. Likely the heat is causing a throttling back on power.

For some time it normalized, and I've could watch videos without a problem(but games were still the same, I couldn't play), and than I updated my graphics driver and afther that the issue was back on the videos too.
