PC random lock up's

A friend's system is randomly locking up, whether it be under load or even just on boot up. Having experienced similar problems I have already disabled the HDMI soundcard feature on the GPU's I've done the verifier program and followed the BSOD posting instructions thread. Below are the attachments required.

The system is...

AMD 965 running @ 3.4ghz with voltage @ 1.475
Corsair XS3 DDR3 Ram 9-9-9-24 @1.5 1333mhz
Gigabyte GA-880GA-UD3H
5850 in Crossfire @ standard clocks

I'm going to run some passes on the memtest now and shall add to this post

Any help in the mean time greatly appreciated.

Let's give his memory a solid test, the symptoms sound like bad ram and the dump file pretty much matches.

Let that run for 5 to 7 passes and see if it returns any errors.
