PC randomly restarts - no bsod

I can not seem to to squash this issue im having with my pc. It randomly restarts with no warning, nothing. It doesnt seem to be having any cooling issues and I'm not OCing. Sometimes it will go days w/o a restart and then it will restart like 3-4 times in one day. I've removed the RAM and added them back in 1 DIMM at a time to make sure that they are all posting. I am starting to wonder if it's my PS? I am experiencing another issue that some people say can be PSU related: when I plug a usb device into the usb ports on the front of my pc, it causes a restart. Any info regarding possible fixes would be appreciated. Thank you.

It does sound like it might be a power supply problem. Do you have access to another PSU you can try? Also make sure that all of your cables and connections are secure.

Check your temps using Speedfan.

Memory and PS, other possible causes can be hardware (cpu, video card, other devices including external as USB), malware (virus scan), corrupted system (sfc /scannow). This is very general, but you should know better what's going on.

Or you could get a power supply tester.... Search Results for power supply tester at TigerDirect.com

And yeah, your issue definitely sounds like a power supply issue.

I've never got an actual bsod so I never have any minidumps that I can post. My Asus MB came with PC probe so I am always monitoring my temps. I usually hover at 40 degrees celcius or lower. I've used the power supply calculator multiple times, and its only suggesting a 400w/450w, I'm running 650w. Can't figure it out.

I am trying to figure out why pc is restarting all of the time. I am not getting bsod. I am not OCing. I have reset everything to factory defaults. I believe I have more than a sufficient PS. I have tested my RAM. Please help. I included a msinfo file ( which I hope I did right ) hoping someone can see something that can be fixed or something. I dont know I'm out of ideas.

Do you have access to another known good PSU you can try in your machine?
