Pc Restart

hello,im having a problem that when i put on the AC that is 3 room away,my pc will restart,my UPC is not working at this time,its not always,

my pc tech told me to switch off the ups from the wall socket to see if its stands,yes it does and switched off the pc after 15 minutes,at this time im confused,

is it battery fault?

A concern to me would be a overloaded building circuit.
Just because it's a different room doesn't always mean that it is a different circuit.

It depends how the building was wired, proper grounds, the air conditioners circuitry and surge amps.
Lots and lots of things.

With or without a UPC you should not have this problem.

but why mu ups dont work properly?sometimes ist stand and sometimes it switch to restart when put ac on,it suppose to stand on battery no?why id does a restart?

I can't tell you why.

What I can tell you, if the problem only happens when you use the A/C you could have a building wiring problem and it should be check by a Professional Electrician. Their is a chance you are overloading the buildings circuits which is dangerous.

Try taking your power from another power outlet.
The other side of your building may have a different power circuit.

It could be noise on the power circuit causing the UPS issue.
