My PC restarts every one hour without blue screen.

My PC System is :

Intel DG33BU_
Intel Core2Duo E6550 @ 2.33 GHz (2 CPUs)
2 GB RAM
160 GB HD
ATI Radeon HD 5450 (1 GB DDR3)

Another thing is that whenever i try to shut down it goes to shutdown mode normally but again it restarts automatically...

When i see in Event viewer it shows :
" The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly. "

Kernel-power
Event ID : 41
Task Category : 63
Level : critical

Please help me...

A similar thread was made in 2009. I'm not sure if it was resolved as the starter disappeared.

Your machine has a hardware problem. Further software troubleshooting is unfortunately pointless until the underlying hardware-level defect is resolved. It may be an outright broken bit of componentry, or it could be insufficient cooling due to dust buildup or the fan being blocked by placement.

The event you posted is only a side-effect of the unexpected power down event. In other words, it's not the cause, it's just Windows noticing that something "bad" happened just then to knock out the machine without a clean shutdown.
I agree that it was a hardware issue. I've seen problems like this all over the place and they were never solved on a software level.
