PC restarts on shutdown

Go to my computer, right click the drive, and you should see a format option.

k thanks so much for help i will try updating bios and fingers crossed it doesnt screw up... ill keep you posted

i just download the f7 one and i cant run it. i extracted it to desktop and tried running the "autoexec" and "FLASHSPI" as administrator and both come up with windows has stopped working and has to cancel and i restarted and still does it

Try booting from the flash drive. F8 should pull up a one time boot menu or you can change the boot order in you current bios. It looks like you have to use the USB drive option.

thanks i figured out how to do that after i did the post and i updated my bios successfully and now the problem has disappeared..... thank you so much for your help
