Ok so, this past week my computer started to get slow after being on for some random amount of time. It doesn't happen after I do anything, just during normal usage. Start menu items will take from 3 seconds up to a minute to launch.
Performance is fairly normal:
CPU usage could be 0-3% for firefox (rest on idle)
Ram 15-25% running Firefox, Steam, Logitech stuff, explorer, host services, etc.
-Resource monitor seems fairly normal.
-Windows up-to-date.
-Bios up-to-date
-all known drivers up-to-date
-Mbam = nothing.
-sfc /scannow = nothing
-Registry cleaned
-I only have 10k files indexed.
-120gb OCZ Vertex 3, 70gb free. Firmware updated.
Temps are normal, drive health is good.
I've run out of ideas. Thanks for any help.
