PC will freeze and lock up randomly.

Hi,
My computer will randomly freeze, or the screen will go black and I can not do anything except a reboot.
My Pc is custom built (nothing is overclocked)
Specs:
Windows 7 Pro x64
ASUS M4A89GTD/PRO USB3.0
AMD PhenomII x6 1075T
2x WD Caviar blue 250Gg HDD in RAID 0
EVGA NVIDIA GTS 450
8Gb DDR3 1600 G.Skill Ripjaws

My PC got replacement RAM 2 weeks ago. This problem has been going before the RAM replacement too.

First, the symptoms:
The PC will run in standard mode, but it just locks up at any given time. My PC has not been running for a full 24 hours without freezing up since this all started about 2 weeks ago. I had my browser open listening to Pandora, suddenly the PC froze and the sound made a constant buzzing until I rebooted it. It led me to think the audio driver was bad, so I re-installed the Realtek audio driver (which I've heard can cause issues) and it still froze up. I re-installed Windows last week, because these problems were still occurring, but the re-install did not fix it.

Conclusion:
While in safe mode, or booted from a live Linux flash drive, my PC has no problems running. This leads me to think I have a driver issue in Windows somewhere. I went to the ASUS website and downloaded the most recent drivers, (except the BIOS, which could be an issue, but I've seen PC's seriously screwed over when a bios update goes wrong. So I've been trying to avoid that) and installed them, but still, no luck. Sometimes my PC will even do a CHKDSK upon reboot, so could it be a RAID 0 issue?

I am not sure what to do at this point, so any help is wanted. I will be glad to give any more info if needed.

I have included 3 .dmp files, there were 3 BSOD's since I've installed Windows. Hopefully they can help find the issue.

First thing that jumps out is asacpi.sys Yours is from 2005

Asacpi.sys

The pre 2009 version of this driver is a known bsod cause.

Scroll down to the utilities category, then scroll down to the "atk0110 driver for windowsxp/vista/windows 7 32&64-bit" (it's about the 12th item down).

Download and install it.

Go to c:\windows\system32\drivers to check and make sure that the asacpi.sys file is date stamped from 2009 or 2010 (notbefore).

I installed the driver, rebooted into regular Windows, about 3 minutes in, the PC just rebooted, no warning at all, It did this twice, then Windows launched startup repair, it gave a message that it could not fix the problem, and I rebooted it. Then it would not boot past POST and the MemOK led stayed lit. I pushed the MemOK button and it started working again, booted into windows just fine. I have Comodo antivirus on the PC, which is blocking a lot of things, I was going to un-install Comodo and replace it with MSE, then during the un-install the comodo window said something about removing registry keys, and right then it got A BSOD.

At this point I absolutely have no idea what to do. I can't tell if it's a hardware issue or Software, or possibly both. I even opened the case and (after grounding myself incase of ESD) felt the components heatsinks inside, they were not hot to the touch, so I don't think it's overheating, which I had thought earlier.

Should I just re-install Windows? It seems all hell has broke loose on my PC...

If it is software that will be the fastest and most efficient thing to do. If hardware wont do a thing.

Now my PC has no operating system on it. I just got new replacement RAM from G.Skill two weeks ago. It seems like my next culprit is the motherboard. Any suggestions?

You might want to ask the mobo question in hardware section Im not that well versed in terms of what is available.

I posted this issue to the hardware and devices section. It sounds like I have a bad motherboard. I'm gonna see if I can get an RMA and get it replaced.
