Solved PC will not get into BIOS Mode, just a blank screen.

My PC will not Boot.
When I press start or plug it in, the fans start and then it tries to signal via the Motherboard.
There is an LED on the Motherboard which will Blink three times, pause and will repeat again and again.
There are no beeping sounds.
I replaced the small Date keeping battery.
I bought and installed a new Power Supply.
I have taken the PC apart and cleaned it very well.
I removed the Motherboard and re-seated it.
I re-mover the Processor and re-pasted it.
I re-moved the two Memory sticks and re-seated them.
I have checked all the cables.
It runs under W-7-Pro-64.
It is a Gateway Profile 6.5 AIO.
I have not been able to find out what the Blinking Code means.
I am at a loss as to what's not working.

Any and all suggestions would be appreciated.

Yeah, I'm not having any luck trying to find LED status code information. Just motherboard beep codes. Perhaps knowing the exact motherboard manufacturer will shed some light on the issue. If you look around the motherboard, maybe on an edge, the manufacture may be silk screened into the board. Acer acquired Gateway in October of 2007. Not sure if Acer manufactures motherboards.

Try to remove all hardware attached even the hard drives and see if it will boot.

As you changed the cmos battery its highley likely it ckeared the cmos which is now set wrong hit the key for the bios then turn on and keep tapping the key.

I tried hitting ESC, F2, DEL Keys, all of which I believe allow a used into Gateways BIOS.

Either I am to slow or to fast in pushing a specific Key but 'no luck'.

Also when tapping the F keys, about a 1 second interval is recommended. Faster or slower most often simply bypasses entry to whatever the particular F key function is.

ATX Power Supply keeps the memory energized even if the computer is off.
To insert or remove the memory sticks always take the power cable from the wall outlet and wait 30 seconds.
