I'm showing two issues in "Device Manager" (Other Devices)
1. "PCI Serial Port"
2. "Pci Simple Communications"
Don't know whether this is a Bios setting issue or driver issue!
I did make changes to the bios during a fresh install of Win 7, and of course, I didn't write down the original settings!
Everything seems to function alright, but I would like to get the issue notice cleaned up.
