Solved PCI Simple Communications Controller

I recently downloaded Windows 7 professional x64 on my toshiba satellite a665-s6094 laptop. After the install I had several devices that I had to reinstall manually but I am having trouble with the PCI Simple Communications Controller. The hardware id is PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_3B64&SUBSYS_FD301179&REV_06. Any help will be much appreciated. Thanks.

My understanding is that the hardware ID you have referenced is for the Intel(R) Management Engine Interface.
