Solved pcouffin error

i plugged in my samsung s8000 mobile phone and get the following errorcouffin driver not installed?
i have the samsung pc suite installed but nothing seems to fix the issue?
please help

thats what i thought when i checked google but it says in device manager under usb/other devices pcouffin device driver not installed?
that is my phone

What Authoring software do you have installed and does it have a virtual drive setup?

As already posted here http://www.sevenforums.com/drivers/89380-pcouffin-device-amd-64bit-systems.html it still seem that it is a confic regarding DVD software..... upon further investigation pcouffin also relates to DeVeDe
As iv never used DeVeDe i cant say but my conclusion is that The virtual drive is what you see in Device manager thus DeVeDe is causing the conflict and should resolve its self if you fully uninstall DeVeDe

now computer says item not recognised when i connect my phone, but pcouffin is gone

ok sorry i took a while to get back to you... other things call.... you will need to uninstall the pc suit software reboot and reinstall if that doesnt work then you will need to look in device manager... you may still need to uninstall the virtual drive.... you can make a screen shot of it and post it here for analysis
