This is my first time writing down a post on this site, but here goes
Here is the List of Issue on My Poor Laptop:
-Cannot Cold Boot, and Abnormally Slow Boot up time
-Frequent Crash, with some BSOD in some cases on startup.
-Crash/Freeze on Idle, but strangely, not while Playing Games or Using CPU-dependent Programs (Such as Chrome)
-Slow Program Startup Time.
-Frequent Graphic Driver Resets.

I Tried Everything i possible on Both Software and Hardware side:
-Clean the Whole Laptop's internal hardware.
-Using Chkdsk, sfc and Memory Diagnostic (All Came out Green)
-Defrag All Drive
-Downloading New Drivers, with mixed results.
-Using Third Party Software to analyze the Hardware's Integrity (it came out fine on both HDD and RAM)
-Using Safe Mode (It Came out Fine, surprisingly)
if there's any way to Solve the problem, please do Reply, and i would see if i did your solution already, or if your solution do work.

I had the same problem, luckily my laptop had a pc health monitor in the bios and I found out it was an overheating problem when fan was not at higher RPM's. When the CPU load was low, fan was off or at low RPM and the laptop crashed usually within 30 minutes. All was fine when the CPU was loaded and its fan worked at higher RPM. I tried compressed air to blow out any dust out, but the laptop still crashed, after a couple of hours when idle. l dismantled the laptop and found out the cooling fins and ducts full of solidified dust. After a thorough cleaning and applying heat fresh transfer paste to CPU/heat transfer pipe contact surfaces, I reassembled it and all is fine now. The main reason was probably the inferior thermal paste losing its efficiency and acting as an insulator. You cold try a third party PC health check monitor and find out what's wrong.

I'll take a look at The PC health check if I can (if you have a recommendation, please do reply.) or maybe taking an intensive cleaning session on the cooling system. Not sure about the thermal paste part, since the cooling system's more of a "Heat Transference" Type rather of a direct cooling one.

Ah........wait, i missed about the Transfer Pipe on your quote, still don't know where one usually apply thermal paste on this kind of Cooling system, btw.

i'll taking care of whatever the problem it's going on later.

Okay okay, disregard on what I said earlier, the true culprit on the startup crash is the driver software.
(Normal startup *without* a driver has no issue at all) Already use DDU and reinstall all drivers back to what it was (no system recovery because somehow my laptop deletes all trace of the Recovery point, manual one that take after cleanup, included.) I'll update this thread later, but I'm still available for advices.

I recommend adding an external usb cooling assembly (one giant fan or twin fans), keep temps down a bit, laptop might still get quite warm, however, almost never hot enough to cause a sudden, unannounced, shutdown.

funnily enough, i do have a twin fan extension, although, i have find an actual source of a problem, and is going to solve the another one (ie. cleaning the whole cooling system)
