pen drive corrupted and can't format it

i have a sony pendrive 16gb which is corrupted and i cannot format it when i plugged it the green bar keep loading and it makes my pc slow it even disconnect the internet i have tried to format it using cmd but it did not detect it plzz someone help me

If other pendrives work well on your PC and only this Sony Drive behaves worst, I would think that you should straightaway ask for a warranty replacement - if it is still under warranty orelse discard it.

If you still want to try something, then that should be outside Windows. Make a bootable CD or bootable pendrive with Partition Wizard ISO, boot from it and see whether it would recognise it first, to do any further actions on it. If it does not recognise the pen drive or recognises it as a bad drive , end of the story.
