I have a laptop with Windows 7 x64 Home Premium and a big problem. Some pens are detected but not installed. It gives an error saying that installation failed. Other pens work nice and clean. Tested the pens that don't work on another computer (win xp) and they're working fine. Tested on another usb port and nothing.
Tried to update windows and still the problem persists. I tried to update the driver but it says the driver is the most recent. Should I make an repair? I really need some help here please.
You're probably having issues with drivers. You're going to need to list the exact models of each of these products in order to get any real support. In the mean time make sure that you have the latest Windows 7 drivers for each device. Go to their manufacturer website and find the support/downloads section.
