performance problem

I want to know if com surrogate is not responding then what to do and how as it is causing a lot of problem to me.I am using Windows 7 ultimate 32 Bit(Compaq brand),3GB RAM,320 GB Hard Disk.

Note that this issue is mainly caused by codec packages installed on your system, you should remove any of these
