After booting win7-both of these (Dcom & Local system network restricted) load a lot of stuff (by viewing the performance monitor hard drive tab) about 1 to 5 minutes after booting up. They each load separately. They render the computer almost useless while they are both running, which makes me at this point in time almost have to turn in on, and walk away for a bit. Is there a way to get them both to load before it shows the desktop so I can at least start using it at that point. It must have something to do also with superfetch because until these load, before they start, and while they are loading, programs are as slow as a snail, and almost refuse to load. I have looked through the services, and anything I can see related to these is Not set for a delayed start.

Any help, anything I can try. It's just starting to get annoying.
