I've just built a new PC and I've got an old harddrive from the old build in which windows 7 home premium is installed and requires password every time I login to windows but I forget to backup something left on the desktop of the "old" windows 7

Now I am enjoying the new build but how can I access the files on the "old" windows 7? Of course I know the password

I don't want to install the hard drive back to the new build and the old drive is now on HDD docking

You want to have read/write access to some files/folder in F:\users\<yourname> ? Or F:\users\<yourname>\Documents? Or even "all files" on disk?

What is drive letter of old win7 disk now?
