Personalization setting

Hello, i can't figure out where i can find this setting. It's like my veriosn of 7 does not support this customisation. I was going to change Windows 7 style back to XP. But i can't find personalisation setting from control panel. Right mouse click on free space of desctop does not help too. The last point of menu - is gadgets settings.

So where is personalisation settings ?
How can i change 7 style back to XP ?
Is it possible that my version of 7 does not allow to change personalisition setting ?

What version of Windows do you have? Starter and Home Basic do not have the ability.

Thank you for your answer. I'm not sure what is my version, cause i'm writing now from annother computer now. But it's like i got "Home" Version. If so, how this problem can be resolved ? Anyway to set up classic XP style for Home Version ? Am i able to pay for this ability without buying new version ?

No, you cannot purchase features, unfortunately.

Actually I have already gone through the steps from the guide above. And only 2 annoying things left.

1) When I got a lot of window opened in task bar, all of them have almost the same color and I can’t distinguish what exactly window is opened.
2) I can add few icons to taskbar using “inject tool”. Pressing one of the injected icon alow me to launch program. But afterwards injected icon disappears until I close associated program. E.g. I can’t open a lot of window of Firefox form task bar at once.

Maybe someone know any "hacks" ?
