Solved Personalizing windows 7 - only option for windows colour is 'basic'
Thanks for your help. I have attached a print screen of my problem, next to the 'desktop background' option, there is only a windows colour basic option, I can't make windows transparent like I'm pretty sure I've had before, or change the colour... etc.
