Philips Brand New screen build in sound does not work, HELP!!!

Hi, I have bought a new 244E Philips screen with built-in speakers but it doesn't work I have tried everything now please ca someone run me through the steps or have the same problem and have a solution.

Did you install it's drivers. It is located in the installation CD

oky how do you install this by going to the device manger?

1. Extract the 3 files to a folder
2. Go to device manager(Start>Type 'device manger' in search)
3. select your monitor>click on update>'browse my computer for driver software'>Browse location of folder containing the 3 files
4. Click 'Next'

I have done this mate no sound

Restart your computer after installing the drivers

If there is still no sound Then go to Control Panel>Hardware and Sound>Sound
Then Set your Built in speakers as the default device

witch one is the build in?

Your speakers are already set to default
Perhaps your speakers have not been properly configured.

That is just a tester mate and it doesn't help me because I hear no sound
