Photo Gallery doesn't open

I uninstalled Live: Messenger, Writer, Mail and all except Photo Gallery some time ago.

I tried to open Photo Gallery but I can't seem to open it. When I try to re-install because maybe I deleted it somehow it says it's installed?

What can I try to fix?

FIXED!

I re-installed one of the applications, "Movie Maker". This added Windows Live Essentials back to my system.

I went to Add/Remove programs and went to uninstall Windows Live Essentials, when the screen came up to remove or repair, I choose repair and problem was solved after a restart.
