Photoshop request - 'glass' my chess avatar.

Not quite a WIN 7 thing but I need my shield avatar given a glassy effect. Sounds simple but beyond my skill.

You dont say what sort of glassy effect
In photoshop select from menu then colour range select the white with the dropper it will make a selection open the photo of glass you want in another window of PS select all the copy go back to sheild select edit past special then paste into and it will fill it you can move it around see Photoshop Paste Special Commands - YouTube
