I have for Windows 7 x64 MysticThumbs.

restoring thumbnails for photoshop jpg files

open any folder that holds jpg files. On the menu bar, click on ORGANIZE. Choose the tab that says VIEW. Uncheck the first option (Always show icons, never thumbnails). Click on the APPLY button. It worked for me!
