When the URL is clicked the scripts log generates this warning.

I have been unable to find the cause of the warning.
I also cannot duplicate the warning on my desktop.
I am using Apache 2.2, PHP version 5.2.17 and Mysql 5.6.14
Yahoo PHP version is 5.3.6
The index.php page is too large to post.
Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated.
