So I've recently had this problem. My physical memory starts off around 25% and fills up to 80-90% within an hour. I've done an In depth Virus scan of everything on my computer. My anti-virus software is ESET NOD32 ANTI-VIRUS. I have never had this problem before and my computer is 4 years old. I also recently upgraded the Power supply, RAM and Graphics card.
I have a Aurora_R3 computer.
Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-2300 CPU @ 2.80GHz
8.00GB RAM
Windows 7 Ultimate x64
Also it never fulls up completely. It stays at a steady 88-89% and I have no idea why. This problem has started to occur about 2 days or less ago. Also my CPU usage is always low. It never skyrockets unless I'm running Battlefield 4 or other high intensity graphic games.

I was able to stop it via Services. I just have one more question, is there any way I can stop it from automatically starting so I don't have to stop it every time my computer starts up? It personally doesn't matter to me because it takes seconds to do, it just seems that it would get tedious over time. Also, thanks for the info!

Disabling the service should stop it. Stopping it doesn't disable it.

If you don't use NVIDIA Experience, then you could also uninstall it in Programs and Features to stop it.
