I have been having trouble getting pics from my camera card into the computer. A message pops up saying the card or camera is not connected, but it's properly inserted in the pro-duo slot. Occasionally it has worked, but lately, not at all. I can't keep loading up the memory card, and I like to print at home, so I'd rather not take the card to a photo shop or Wal-Mart. Any ideas?? Thanks in advance.
I have had trouble with several pro-duo memory cards, so I have had to try several different multi-memory card readers until I found one that worked smoothly with the pro-duo memory stick. I also ordered a new inexpensive USB cable from eBay to connect the camera to the computer. The cable worked the best.

You also don't need to keep taking your memory card out of the camera, which reduces the risk of damage to the pins on your card and the socket in the camera.
