When I'm tagging my pictures, after typing the first letter in a tag, I get a list of pre-defined tags that pop up that I can select from but they all appear to be random things that have very little meaning to myself, rather than being things that I've previously used like 'Wedding', 'Parkside' etc that I'll regularly want to add to pics.

Is there a way of editing the list of tags to chose from so that I don't have to type each one every time?

Mark the pictures, right click - rename, let say park side, than you should have something like this: park side(1), park side(2) ect.

I was wondering the same thing.

It looks like you need to get "Windows Live Photo Gallery", from Windows Live Essentials.

I've just installed it and it seems to be locating all of my custom tags.
It seems that you can create tags and add them to the existing list (for future use).

Now all I have to do is see how easy it is, to add them to the 3000+ pictures, that I actually want to tag.
