for firefox users , drag the favicon (the icon beside the url bar) to the desktop, then cut and paste it in a location of your choosing, right click on it and select properties ,in the propeties window there is a shortcut field press 7 or a key of your choice and it will automatically fill the field in with ctrl+alt+7 ,this is now the keyboard shortcut for sevenforums.
tip : when you drag the favicon make sure the page you drag it from is the index page of the forum or your sevenforums homepage ,basically the page you always prefer the forum to open with.
also whilst in the properties window you can click change icon and browse to an icon of your choice,
this shortcut you have created can also be dragged and pinned to the taskbar
