Pinned Gmail account missing icon (Chrome)

I pinned my company's Gmail account to the Chrome's taskbar place, but it has one of those icons Windows puts when it somehow fails to get the proper icon.

I tried to fix that going to the pinned icon/shortcut properties, but the options on the context menu (right click, right click + Shift, or right click + Crtl) are limited to Open and Unpin from this list.

I want to put the Gmail icon there. Any idea how?

Unpin it then go to the site and close the site after it loads then right click Chrome recent places and pin.
